About Tony Norcross

Tony Norcross is the founder of Digital Fishies. I am a technical architect with 30 years of commercial web development experience, on projects ranging from small personal websites to large-scale enterprise applications.

That development background is the foundation of my architecture work. Having built PCs and networks, and then written applications across the whole stack, I understand how each design decision plays out in real code, in production and over years of maintenance.

It is also what lets me make the most of AI. AI tools can now generate and construct code at remarkable speed, but they need clear direction and careful checking. I provide both: precise specifications going in, and thorough review and testing coming out.

I keep pace with emerging technologies while retaining a fundamental understanding of legacy systems, which is invaluable when modernising existing applications.
